STEP 1
We discuss your goals over messenger/text and make a plan.
We ask about your diet, training history, goals, and struggles.
We tell you if we have the skillset to help, what's realistic, and what changes you’ll need to make.
If we agree on the plan and estimated timeframes to achieve these goals, We'll send over pricing information.
STEP 2
If you become a client, we'll create an initial diet and training plan based on your schedule and preferences. (Inside our Fitness App)
This includes calorie fat loss calculation, macro fat loss targets and guidance on implementing our 3/2/1 MAD protocol that fit your food preferences, and a training program tailored specifically towards your experience and goals.
STEP 3
You’ll check in every week with your progress photos and measurements and some feedback questions.
Your job is to execute the game plan. Our job is to help you do that and tweak things if necessary to stay on target with your fat loss goal.
Our goal is to help guide you to your independence. We do not aim for repeat business; We aim for referral business.
WHO WE WORK WITH
We work exclusively with men (dads) who have a busy schedule. They used to be athletes in high school, college, or in the military.
Now they are working professionals, and business owners with busy lives but committed to carving out time to look after their physiques.
All clients have significant training experience and are typically in the 35–55 year age range.
If you are between 30-34 we welcome you so long as you have training experience.
Some are experienced with counting calories and macros, but others are new to it. This is fine. Attitude is everything.
COACHING ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
We do not make exceptions.
You are male, over 25 years old.
You are in a stable financial position and comfortably able to invest in coaching.
You have weight training experience with no injuries or medical conditions that prevent you from training.
THE APPLICATION PROCESS
We do not do SALES CALLS
and here's why:
#1 - We know you have a busy schedule so trying to book a call is inconvenient.
#2 - We do not try and 'sell' you on our coaching services. You are either at the point where you know you need help and you know we can help you.
#3 - Instead of spending our time doing sales calls, we'd rather spend it with our clients and helping them achieve their fat loss goals.
What we've found to work with busy dads is to communicate over FB/IG Messenger or text.
Before any commitments are made, we need to find out whether we are a good fit. This process leads to better results and happier clients. We want you to be one of them.
